Josef Chromy

This wonderful cellar door is located just south of Launceston, has a fantastic restaurant and produces one of my favourite Pinot Gris’s. There is an excellent range of quality wines to try, best done prior to dining so you know exactly what to drink with your meal. The restaurant looks down to the lake below and the food was perfect for the wines of Josef Chromy. The service from all the staff was excellent as was their wine knowledge. This is one place I would love to get back to again and if you have not visited then make every effort to, or at least try some of their wines.
